- Q: I'm 27 yr. female, 5'4 and 115 lbs. here is my question...I have been training pretty intense for the last 5 weeks and along with eating clean but my measurements haven't really change much but yet I can tell I have more strength during my weight training and I can see more muscle definition. Is that normal? My weight training consist of... weights 3 days a week and I do 4 sets for each exercise...example-12 reps. moderate wt.,10 heavier wt.,8 reps. heaviest wt. possible, 20 reps. of light wt. and 45 min. of cardio the other 2 days. My measurements in the beginning was: chest-35waist @ belly button- 26 1/2hips- 32 1/2L. leg- 20R. leg-20 L. bicep- 10 1/2R. bicep- 11Body fat- 8.1 % (I don't really think that is very accurate b/c if it was that low I wouldn't be having a period). measurements for 6/15 are:c-33 1/2w- 26l leg.- 20 1/2r. leg- 21hips-34r. bicep 11l.bicep 10 3/3So what do you all think of the reason why I'm not seeing much of a # change?
