The only negative to consuming 'too much' fruit would be excess gas especially if you are eating the peels and skins of the fruits as that is where the majority of the in-soluble fiber is. Other than that you should be fine as long as the fruit is thoroughly washed to remove sprays and pesticides.

- Q: I am a 17 years old guy, I eat more than double what all my friends eat. I barely chew my food, and most of the time people wonder if I inhale it. I eat out once, maybe twice a month, and even then its something like subway. I eat mostly beef, chicken, fruits, vegies, nearly nothing with preservatives. Very little candy, and nearly no soda. I have been loosing fat, gaining muscle, and have had no adverse effects from my eating habits.So the problem is that I have heard "rumors" that doing this can be very harmful later in life, and would like to know if I should change what I am doing?
