Q: ok, so as ive mentioned in other questions im leaving for jamacia in about 3 weeks, and im trying to get off some more weight before then. my biggest problem right now, is my stomache. ive lost 13 pounds, and the only changes ive noticed, are my face and neck is thinner, and my stomach is a bit thinner, but i have these lovehandles, that i inherited from my dad..does anyone know and excersises that can help me to get rid of them fairly quickly.....pictures&video links would be extremely helpful, or you can share your own personal tips...idc! whatever helps, lol, and please dnt be mean, these questions are meant to help people, not to make them feel bad!!!thank you!!
A: it's tough to spot lose but I would suggest supersetting or interval training. it combines strength training(for building lean muscle tissue) and cardio(for fat burning). you don't need any fancy equipment or an expensive gym membership. example: squats, push-ups, pull-ups, mountain climbers(if you can't do a push-up or pull-up=> use dumbbells or resistance bands & do a pushing exercise and a pulling exercise instead). do 15 reps of each back to back to back to back without resting. that equals 1 set. rest 30-60 secs. repeat. do 3-5 complete sets. Do this 3-4x/week.If you noticed there are no sit-ups or crunches in this workout. the best way to burn fat and tighten up your midsection & core is through total body exercises! This style of training doesn't have you spending in hours and hours a week training either. They are short, fast and effective!These workouts are great for women or men!good luck

Q: ohk im just trying to get rid of just my lovehandles. everything else is toned or how i want it to be. what are some excersises that ONLY get rid of my lovehandles and tone my stomach [i need help on that to] i dont want to lose my butt either.!! lol so yeahh& if you could describe how to do the excersises for lovehandles and stuff that would helppicturess would help alot :)
A: Sorry, there's no such thing as target weight loss. Just lose weight in general and eventually the love handles will go too. Also the only way you'll lose your butt is if it's just fat. If it's toned muscle you have nothing to worry about.
