A: you dont even need the baloon...i guess you could use it but...set the whip crean can down upright so all the actual whip cream is down at the bottom...dont shake it up or anything...pick up the can and press down the nozzle and u have to inhale the fumes...if you want... you can use it to fill a baloon then breathe that in...whatever floats ur boatoh and i dont think you can re-use the empty cans
