- A: Every artist tells you something different... and everyone does something different. Dont be concerned you are not using A&D.. what you were doing is fine and what I have done (plus a zillion other things) Switching to an unscented lotion.. well its not as messy..lol Ive done it all over the years with my 15 tattoos.. with all the recent ones Ive done the washing with anti bacterial soap and lubriderm and they have all healed fine. So its pretty much whatever you prefer... either way will work.

- A: lotion works good.. my whole back is tattoo'd and i ues luberiderm it keeps the color there... its still as bright as the first day that i got it and its been 7 years now oh and dont put sun block on your tattoo or baby oil that will kill the color and vitamen a&d works good too... i put lotion on it every time i shower which is twice a day and i put a lot on cuz i love smooth skin hehe and you can wet it as long as you want im in the shower for 20 mins each time hehe dont worry about the tattoo if its healed your fine dont stress to much about it
